    Our Role

AfghanStream is a streaming directory. It links to publicly available streams hosted by third-party broadcasters and distribution providers. AfghanStream does not host, store, or reproduce any broadcast content itself.

    Submitting a Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright holder and believe that a listing on AfghanStream infringes your rights, you may submit a DMCA notice to: hello@afghanstream.tv

    Your notice must include:

    • Your full legal name and contact information (email address and, if available, phone number)
    • The exact URL of the AfghanStream page containing the listing you believe infringes your rights
    • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
    • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
    • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf
    • Your electronic or physical signature

    Processing Time

Valid notices will be reviewed and acted on as quickly as reasonably possible. Incomplete notices or notices that do not meet the requirements above may be delayed or rejected.

    Counter-Notices

If you believe a listing was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address. Counter-notices must meet the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
